Who We are

Heartquist Hollow Farm began in 2017 as a family homestead to teach our children where their food comes from by growing and raising much of our own food. We maximized our homestead with gardens and livestock until we outgrew our space. With the support of our community at local farmers markets, we expanded our homestead to a ranch in Winkelman, Arizona. We run livestock, operate our own USDA-inspected meat processing facility, and feed our community.

Sere Our Story

What We Do

We specialize in Arizona raised, grass fed, grass finished beef, grass fed lamb, and pasture raised pork. We process our own livestock on site in our inspected, processing facility ensuring high quality cuts and attention to detail. We offer chicken eggs grown on pasture and supplemented with organic, corn and soy free grain. We make crunchy, refrigerator pickles originating from our homestead garden. We work with nature to raise our livestock, create jobs in our rural area, and heal the land.
