About Our Farm
Heartquist Hollow Farm (HHF) began in 2017 as a family project homesteading land in Gilbert. Our dream was to one day own a larger property and produce food for the local community.
After several years of building a brand and customer base, HHF purchased Double Check Ranch in 2021 — a 117-acre ranch with an inspected meat processing plant.
