This option offers the best value per pound while providing a wide variety of cuts for your family to enjoy. Every cut is individually vacuum-sealed, clearly labeled, and packaged for freshness, making it easy to stock your freezer with premium, locally raised meat that's ready when you need it.

Grass Fed, Grass Finished Lamb

Our lambs are born on our pastures, raised with care, and brought directly to your family’s table. We raise hair sheep, a breed selected for their exceptional mothering instincts, natural parasite resistance, ability to thrive in Arizona’s extreme temperatures, and their ability to naturally shed their coats.

Grass-raised lamb is a nutrient-dense source of protein, rich in essential vitamins and minerals including selenium, zinc, iron, and vitamins B6 and B12. Beyond providing wholesome food, our sheep play an important role in the health of our ranch. As natural grazers, they help manage vegetation, improve soil health, and contribute to a thriving ecosystem, leaving the land better than they found it for future generations.

Pasture Raised Pork

We raise a heritage breed of pigs originally from Hungary known as Mangalitsa pigs. We chose this traditional "Old World" breed for its exceptional meat quality, rich flavor, and ability to thrive in a pasture-based environment. Mangalitsas are slow-growing hogs that produce beautifully marbled pork prized by chefs and food enthusiasts alike.

To further support sustainable agriculture, we partner with Arizona Wilderness Brewery to incorporate their spent grain into our pigs' diet. This partnership helps reduce food waste while providing a nutritious feed supplement for our herd, creating a beneficial connection between local businesses and Arizona's food system.

Homemade Farm Items

We began making hand cut, refrigerator pickles from the homestead garden to sell at the farmers markets in 2018. Our pickles grew to be very popular and are now offered at locally owned stores and our markets. They promise a huge crunch with every bite!
